I have received a few emails mentioning that the album Kapali is priced at 0$+ but it still asks for credit card details. Let me clarify that Credit card details are NOT necessary if you are paying 0$. Just look at the screenshot below.

Just fill in 0 next to “Name a fair price” and you can immediately download the entire album without filling in any credit card details. This is absolutely free. Of course when you get a receipt for the album in your email once you download, there will be a link which gives you the option of paying more.
